Hi, I’m Tim Hughes.

I’m the founder of The Social Selling Network.

The Social Selling Network is a business that can support companies large and small how to implement a Social Selling Strategy.  My book “Social Selling – Techniques to Influence Buyers and Changemakers” was written after I worked on a transformation of a sales team across a major tech vendor.  While the Social Selling element as well as my experiences at other clients ended up in the book.  My transformation experiences also encompassed working on “First Meeting Excellence” techniques such as whiteboarding, iPad demos etc.

The Social Selling Network are sales and marketing practitioners there are no “ivory tower” consultants.  We offer support, guidance and training on all aspects of Social Selling and sales and marketing transformation to work in a digital world.

As I’ve put Social Selling into practice it has become clear to me that there are 5 Pillars to Success:-

2. Social media listening
3. Influencer marketing
4. Collaboration between sales and marketing
5. Marketing automation

Implementing one is fine, the aspiration will be for companies to implement all 5 Pillars through a journey.
